Welcome to Zuxeda. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our dog walking services. By engaging our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms. Please read them carefully before booking any services.

1. Service Description

Zuxeda provides professional dog walking services to pet owners in the London area. Our services include individual walks, group walks, and customized pet care solutions tailored to meet the specific needs of your beloved pets.

We are committed to ensuring the safety, health, and happiness of all dogs in our care. All our dog walkers are trained professionals who understand canine behavior and are equipped to handle various situations that may arise during walks.

2. Booking and Scheduling

All bookings must be made in advance through our website, phone, or email. We recommend scheduling services at least 48 hours in advance to ensure availability.

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service to avoid cancellation fees
  • Last-minute cancellations (less than 24 hours) will incur a 50% charge of the service fee
  • No-shows will be charged the full service fee
  • Rescheduling is permitted without charge if done at least 24 hours in advance

3. Client Responsibilities

As a client of Zuxeda, you agree to:

  1. Provide accurate information about your dog's health, behavior, temperament, and any special needs or requirements
  2. Ensure vaccinations are current and provide proof of rabies, distemper, and bordetella vaccinations
  3. Disclose any aggressive behavior or bite history your dog may have
  4. Provide necessary equipment including a properly fitted collar or harness and leash
  5. Ensure your dog is flea and tick free before each service
  6. Inform us immediately of any changes in your dog's health or behavior

4. Payment Terms

Payment for services is due at the time of booking unless alternative arrangements have been made. We accept various payment methods including credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfers.

Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice. Regular clients on subscription plans will be notified of any price changes before their next billing cycle. Late payments may result in suspension of services and may incur additional administrative fees.

5. Liability and Insurance

Zuxeda carries comprehensive liability insurance to protect both our clients and their pets. However, by using our services, you acknowledge that:

  • Dog walking involves inherent risks, and while we take every precaution, accidents can occur
  • Zuxeda is not liable for injuries or illnesses that result from pre-existing conditions
  • You are responsible for any damage or injury your dog causes to third parties, other animals, or property
  • We reserve the right to seek veterinary care for your dog in case of emergency, and you agree to reimburse all associated costs

6. Service Refusal and Termination

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services at any time if:

  • Your dog displays aggressive behavior that poses a risk to our staff, other dogs, or the public
  • You provide false information about your dog's health or behavior
  • Payment terms are not met
  • You breach any terms outlined in this agreement

In such cases, any prepaid services will be refunded on a pro-rata basis.

7. Emergency Procedures

In the event of an emergency involving your dog, Zuxeda will make every reasonable effort to contact you immediately. If we cannot reach you, we are authorized to seek emergency veterinary care on your behalf. You agree to be responsible for all veterinary costs incurred during emergency treatment.

Please ensure that emergency contact information is always current and that we have access to your veterinarian's contact details.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. All client and pet information is stored securely and used solely for the purpose of providing our services. We do not share your information with third parties except as required by law or with your explicit consent.

By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Zuxeda website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Zuxeda and protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our express written permission.

We may take photographs or videos of your dog during walks for promotional purposes. If you do not wish for your dog's image to be used, please inform us in writing.

10. Modifications to Terms

Zuxeda reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
